I've always loved to cook and get creative in the kitchen. My previous site was geared entirely toward healthy eating and I wanted to bring that content over to this site. This blog will include the recipes that I have created.

Many recipes will mention THM (Trim Healthy Mama) ingredients which can be found in the Trim Healthy Mama Store or similar ingredients in grocery stores & online. These recipes are mostly geared to being easy on your blood sugar.
