About Handmade Small-Batch

We do our best to keep our store page up to date with our inventory, but we are a single-family business and our products are made in small batches. In addition to that, our soaps take 3-4 weeks to cure after they are made, so a soap cannot be created and shipped on the same day. There may be a time when something you order will be out of stock.  Rest assured, if this happens you will be given the option to either be refunded for the out-of-stock item or to choose to wait for the item to be restocked and shipped to you. Custom orders will always require a month between the order date and shipment date due to the curing process that needs to take place.
